Flatline Scorpio is a basic Pole dance element that you can easily learn following our Pole dance video tutorial.
How to Do Flatline Scorpio
- Go into a split grip butterfly position, hook one leg (at the hollow of your knee) and straighten the other one.
- Move your inside arm lower on the pole.
- Grip the pole with both legs and once you are secured, release both of your arms and arch your back into the scorpio invert.
- Lower yourself slowly to the floor losing the grip of your legs securing yourself with the arms.
