How to Do Outside Leg Hang
- Stand facing the pole. Swing yourself into an invert.
- Holding the pole with both hands and a hip bone, wrap your outside leg around the pole and straighten the inside one.
- Release your hands only when you feel a good grip with your knee, hip and arm. Arch your back.
