How to Do Flatline Scorpio

  1. Go into a split grip butterfly position, hook one leg (at the hollow of your knee) and straighten the other one.
  2. Move your inside arm lower on the pole.
  3. Grip the pole with both legs and once you are secured, release both of your arms and arch your back into the scorpio invert.
  4. Lower yourself slowly to the floor losing the grip of your legs securing yourself with the arms.
