This kit is a great option if you have never used exercise balls before since it comes with an air pump and a workout DVD. It is inexpensive, but has good reviews, and the exercise ball is available in medium, large and extra large.
The finish is sticky which helps it to grip tile or wood floors.

While the reviews on Amazon give it a solid 4 our of 5 stars, some reviews complained about the inflating pump not working as well as it should, so you may want to revert to a standard bike pump. There was also some confusion about the size.
